10. 01-11-2018 Learned counsel for the opposite party nos. 2 & 3 has drawn attention of this court towards the statement made in paragraph-11 of the show cause. It is submitted that in compliance of the order of the learned writ court the panel has already been prepared and the name of the petitioner finds place at serial no. 140. Learned counsel submits that the process of appointment is in progress and is expected to be concluded very shortly.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this contempt application is being disposed off.

It is made clear that in terms of their own

Patna High Court MJC No.2838 of 2014 (10) dt.01-11-2018 affidavit the opposite parties must complete the process of appointment within a short time and that short time should be a reasonable time of not more than three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.
