The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 19.01.2019. He further submits that the case was registered against unknown and yet he has not been put on TIP. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the F.I.R. was lodged against unknown, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
