Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. It appears that some other co-accused Lagan Devi, Sanjeet Sharma and Guriya Kumari have already been allowed pre-arrest bail vide order dated 06.10.2016 and 21.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 38962 of 2016 and 52218 of 2016 respectively by co-ordinate Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named, in case of his surrender or arrest within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.884 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 released on bail on execution of bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. 5, Ara in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
