Annexure-B to the show cause manifests compliance with the Court's order dated 06.10.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 19436 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that

Patna High Court MJC No.3463 of 2019(2) dt.21-06-2023 2/2 the order does not take care of the petitioner's grievance. He, therefore, may assail the order in appropriate proceedings. With liberty to assail the order in appropriate proceedings, the application is disposed of.
