The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 123 of 2022 registered under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and the present case has been lodged after 18 days. It is also submitted that the name of the petitioner has been dragged in this case merely on the confessional statement of co-accused Nirmala Devi. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. No.59819 of 2022(4) dt.17-04-2023 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 123 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
