The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

As per prosecution, allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is to prepare for dacoity and while preparing so, one country made pistol was also recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and there is no

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Madhubani Town P.S. Case No. 152 of 2022, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhubani. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
