2. The petitioner in paragraph no. 1 of the present writ petition has sought inter alia following relief(s), which is reproduced hereinafter:

"(i) For issuing the appropriate writ(s), order(s), direction(s) to quash the Patna District order no.- 4015/2017/memo no. 3749 dated 14.09.2017 issued by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna.

(ii) For issuing the appropriate writ(S), order (S), direction (S) to the concerned respondents to continue the petitioner as contractual driver of police Department.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that petitioner seeks for consideration of his representation, which is pending since the year 2018 and the same has been brought on record by way of 'Annexure-P/5 to the writ petition.

4. Considering the limited relief sought for on behalf of the petitioner, the authority concerned is directed to considering the case of the petitioner and dispose of the representation expeditiously, in accordance with law.

5. With aforesaid observations/directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
