Case No. 117/ 2024 dated 14.10.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 127(1) and 115(2) of the BNS and later on Section 103(1) of the BNS was added on 16.10.2024..
2. Heard Mr. Mritunjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Asha Devi, learned APP for the State and perused the FIR as well as the trial court's order.
3. Considering the petitioner's custody period, completion of investigation against him and mainly his pleas that the FIR has been registered against unknown showing 2025 persons being involved in assaulting the deceased on account of the deceased being found committing theft but the petitioner himself informed the informant by making a call regarding the

No.59887 of 2025(2) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 alleged assault and also coupled with privilege of bail having been granted to the co-accused, Sanjay Kumar Mishra @ Mishra Sanjay Kumar by a co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 19.02.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 7905 of 2025, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No. 117/ 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
