From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 5 today, it appears that the petitioner has been paid the amounts of Group Insurance, Gratuity, Earned Leave and General Provident Fund. It has also been stated that pension too has been authorized in favour of the petitioner. The amounts which were payable to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19106 of 2012 (5) dt.23-08-2016 2/2 petitioner are said to have been credited in his bank account.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that certain amount against difference of salary arising out of revision in pay scale has still remained unpaid.

Considering the above, this application is disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner makes a representation before the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari, as regards payment of difference of salary as claimed, within a period of two weeks from today, the Superintendent of Police will be required to consider his claim and take a final decision within a period of one month from the date of filing of such representation.
