Writ petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging that in the process of selection for Sub Inspector of Police conducted pursuant to Advertisement no. 01/2017, she has been discriminated against.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that others having lesser requisite height than the petitioner have been selected. Petitioner has not impleaded any such person as party to writ petition.

That apart, this court would also observe that petitioner cannot be permitted to invoke the writ jurisdiction with a prayer seeking perpetuation of an illegality.

Patna High Court CWJC No.149 of 2019(3) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 Writ petition is devoid of merit and the same is dismissed.
