This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 409, 420, 407, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
In fact, according to first information report, the Headmaster has sent name of the candidates said to be appointed on contract basis, which includes the name of the petitioner also. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner did not get anything due to wrongful act of the Headmaster nor he was party to the act of the Headmaster.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Sahar P.S. Case No. 99 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
