2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Ishipur (Barahat) PS Case No.53 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025, instituted under Sections 108, 85, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that the informant's sister was married to Deepak Kumar Sah, who is the son of the petitioners, about ten years ago and on the alleged date of occurrence, she was found dead allegedly by committing suicide. It is alleged that the deceased was regularly harassed and subjected for the demand of dowry by the accused persons

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are the parents-in-law and they are residing separate from their son. They are not concerned with day to day affairs of the deceased and her husband. There is no eye witness of the occurrence. No cogent material has come against the petitioners in the investigation. Only because of the fact that they are the parents-in-law, they have been implicated in this case. Marriage had taken place ten years ago. The petitioners have no criminal antecedents.
5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class cum AM-VII, Bhagalpur, in Ishipur (Barahat) PS Case No.53 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
