1. Though, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the opposite parties that the order of this Court dated 03.01.2019, passed in C.W.J.C. No.2836 of 2012, has stood complied with, inasmuch as in compliance of the said direction, to the effect that the opposite parties shall treat the petitioners at par with similarly situated employees who have already been granted the benefits of regularization with effect from the actual date of appointment, the services of the petitioners have been regularized with effect from the date of appointment, however, it

Patna High Court MJC No.3464 of 2019(4) dt.20-07-2024 3/3 is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have not been given the consequential benefits on account of regularization of their services with effect from the date of their initial appointment, hence for redressal of the said grievances, liberty is sought for on behalf of the petitioners to avail such remedies, as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
