2. The report of learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur dt. 14.12.2023 suggests that the case is pending for adducing the defence evidence.

3. No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner.

4. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

7. The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, on day to day basis, because the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 26.06.2016 failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
