The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Asawn P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is father-in-law. He is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61860 of 2019(2) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Siwan in connection with Aswan P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
