The petitioner was earlier granted bail. He continued on bail till the same was cancelled for non-appearance on 30.08.2016. The petitioner is stated to be in custody since 05.12.2016.

learned counsel for the petitioner submits and from the record also it appears that he is required in other cases also. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 9th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran in S.T. No. 628 of 2013 arising out of Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 109 of 2011 on condition that if he is not confined in jail, he shall appear in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50919 of 2017(2) dt.20-11-2017 2/2 person on all the dates fixed in the present case. In case he defaults in doing so on two consecutive dates without there being any compelling reasons therefor, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds and secure his arrest in accordance with law. Further, one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member.
