They may, thus, appear before the Branch Manager within a week from today. At the first instance, counsel for the Bank has informed the Court that the sale notice has been withdrawn. The
Patna High Court CWJC No.20783 of 2021(2) dt.22-12-2021 2/2 counsel for the Bank has assured that proposal shall be considered sympathetically. In the eventuality, if settlement is arrived, the account may be regularized.
In the event of failure of such efforts, procedure as per law would follow.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
