Patna High Court CWJC No.154 of 2017(3) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 Special Secretary has been designated as Appellate Authority to decide the appeal against the decision of the Madarsa Board, Mr. Surendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to file appeal before the Special Secretary. Permission is granted.
In case such appeal is filed within a period of one month from today, the Special Secretary will entertain the appeal and decide the same on its own merit after condoning the delay, if any, in filing the appeal.
With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
