The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 504, 120(B) & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In this case, petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit and in paragraph - 3 of the same, it is stated that he is ready to refund Rs. 4,00,000/- (four lacs) in installment to the informant, which he has received through cheque(s). Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

1. At the time of furnishing bail-bond Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) shall be deposited through Bank Draft.

2. Rest amount i.e. Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees three lacs and fifty thousand) in six monthly installment within a period of one year from the date of furnishing bail-bond.

3. The aforesaid payment shall be subject to final outcome of the case.

4. If petitioner fails to comply with the aforesaid direction of this Court, his bail-bond is liable to be cancelled. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
