The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 registered under Sections 304B and 201 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the daughter-in-law of the petitioner was subjected to cruelty in her matrimonial home for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and her body was hurriedly disposed of, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55370 of 2017 (3) dt.20-12-2017 application is rejected.
