The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S.Case No.43 of 2022 registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 13.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc.No.43333 of 2022. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
