Petitioner is not named in the first information report but from perusal of the impugned order of the learned court below, I find that in course of investigation statement of the victim was recorded at para 20 of the case diary in which she stated that she was kidnapped and raped by co-accused Ranjit Kumar, Sanjay Sah and Ajay Sah in the house of the petitioner and except the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in Dumra P.S. Case no. 236/2014.
