JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard counsel for the petitioners and APP for the State. Petitioners are accused in a case registered for offence under section 379 IPC.

Counsel for the petitioners submit that on the basis of suspicion and because one Motorcycle had been recovered from his house in connection with other case bearing Jehanabad Police Station Case No. 58 of 2017, he has been remanded in this case. Similarly situated co-accused Anuj Kumar @ Ravi has already been granted bail vide order dated 8.1.2018 passed in Cr Misc No.59737 of 2017. Petitioners are in custody since 28.6.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let both the petitioners above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub judge VII cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Jakkanpur Police Station Case No. 26 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (a) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the
