After some argument, learned counsel for the appellants wants to withdraw this appeal against refusal of the prayer for anticipatory bail to facilitate the appellants to surrender and pray for regular bail.

Prayer is allowed.

In the event of surrender of the appellants in connection with Vidyapati Nagar (Gatho)P.S.Case No.04 of 2019 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge (SC/ST Act), Samastipur, their prayer for regular bail
