2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with

Patna High Court CWJC No.1243 of 2016 dt.12-09-2017 2/2 liberty to move before the State Appellate Authority against the order dated 09.01.2015 passed in Appeal Case No. 49 0f 2013, by the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur.

3. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

5. If an appeal is filed before the State Appellate Authority, within one month from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off on merits expeditiously and within the statutory period.
