The petitioner is in custody since 16.07.2017 in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 383/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363/366 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that the victim girl has herself stated in her statement under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. that the petitioner had kidnapped her and taken her to various places and finally she was recovered, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to this petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
