2. Prior to the present bail petition, another similar bail petition bearing Cr. Misc. No. 4137 of 2022 was moved before this Court and the same was dismissed on merit vide order dated 20.07.2022, on account of the material on record and the petitioner being husband and no time was stipulated for approaching this Court. It further transpires that the Petitioner has also moved similar application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 74512 of 2022 which was withdrawn by him vide order dated 04.01.2023.

3. Ld. Counsel for the Petitioner submits that as on today, the Petitioner has been languishing in jail for more than two years and he is praying for his enlargement on bail.

4. Considering the nature of the offence and length of custody, I am not persuaded to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage.

5. However, Ld. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within six months, taking coercive measures against witnesses. In case the Trial Court fails to conclude the Trial within six months, the Petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail and the Court would be required to explain the failure to conclude the trial within the stipulated period.
