Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307/34 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution's case in short is that all the FIR named accused persons including the petitioners started making construction on the land of the informant and on protest coaccused Satya Sharan Dubey threw acid causing injuries to three persons.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.950 of 2022(2) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 that there is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners and no specific overt act has been alleged against them. Specific allegation of throwing acid and causing injuries is on other co-accused, namely, Satya Sharan Dubey. Present case is counter blast of Paroo Police Station Case No. 557 of 2020. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, west Muzaffarpur in Paroo Police Station Case No. 566 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under sections 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
