2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 359 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365 and during investigation, section 364/302/201/120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased and he has given chloroform to the deceased and made the deceased unconscious. Thereafter, Ashmita Kumari injected Dilona injection in the body of the deceased and Ram Pravesh pressed the neck of the deceased and killed him.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2023.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the killing of the deceased, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
