JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-12-2017 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 67 of 2017 dated 04.03.2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2.6 Kgs of Ganja is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2017.

Regard being had to the quantity of narcotics recovered and the period of custody of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to him.

The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
