The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/308/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of commission of assault to the informant as well as her mother when she came for rescue. The injury report of the mother of the informant produced by the informant would show that she had not sustained any injury on the vital part of the body.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56987 of 2019(2) dt.12-09-2019 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Konch P.S. Case No.174 of 2019, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (Birendra Kumar, J) Mkr./- U T
