2. The petitioner is seeking following relief (s):- "That this is an application for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction commanding the respondent Sanskrit Shiksha Board to issue an Original certificate of petitioner's Madhyama ( Inter level), for which the petitioner passed the Madhyama Annual Examination as regular candidate of Sessions 1997-99 for which the examination was conducted by the respondent Board in the year 1999 itself".
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Board submits that there is no pleading supported by the cogent
Patna High Court CWJC No.24350 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 material to show that the petitioner has approached the Board for issuance of Madhyama Certificate. He submits that since the petitioner has approached this Court without even approaching the authority, this application should not be entertained.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the Sanskrit Shiksha Board by way of representation with requisite fee, for supply of the Madhyma certificate.
5. This application stands disposed of.
