JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 12-05-2015 At the end of the day, the officials of the office of the Accountant General have woken up and sought to redress the grievance of the petitioner. The respondents had deprived the petitioner from getting family pension after death of her husband only because her name was not inserted in the Pension Payment Order when it was issued in the year 1996 though photograph of the petitioner was pasted thereof.

Be that as it may, now that the due formalities have been completed and some more may have to be now done at the level of the petitioner, this Court would direct that on completion of such formalities, the arrears and current family pension of the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14567 of 2014 (4) dt.12-05-2015 must be released and paid by the competent and authorized officials within a period of one month from the date of completion of such formalities on the part of the petitioner. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
