JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the only grievance left now is that the petitioner is entitled to be paid a sum of Rs. 2.50 lacs under the head "subsidy". Since a disputed question of fact has arisen in the present case, I deem it fit and appropriate to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing a claim petition within a period of four weeks from today which shall be disposed off by the respondent no. 2 within eight weeks thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
