The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhargama P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018, registered for offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the
