2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, while informant was returning home, this petitioner and two unknown persons shot at him as a result of which informant sustained three fire arms injuries. He died during treatment.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that informant was of criminal background and he might have been killed by unknown criminals. Petitioner is in custody 12.11.2019.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR with direct and specific allegation that he along with other two

Post mortem report opines that there was fire arms injury on the body of the deceased. After framing of charge, three prosecution witnesses have also been examined. Petitioner has got nine criminal antecedents.
