====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 283, 332, 333, 307, 353, 427, 152 and 504 of the IPC.

The prosecution story, in brief, is that the petitioner and others assembled on the road and ransacked the vehicles and blocked the road on account of death of one Yogtendra Yadav in a motor accident.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 06.07.2019. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. 32 persons are named in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57238 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 the F.I.R. alongwith 100 unknown. General and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Other co-accused persons have been granted regular or anticipatory bail by another co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 16438 of 2016 under order dated 27.04.2016, Cr. Misc. No. 17171 of 2016 under order dated 17.05.2016, Cr. Misc. No. 21328 of 2016, 21634 of 2016 and 21644 of 2016, all order dated 25.05.2016, 24580 of 2016 under order dated 13.06.2016, 46904 of 2016 under order dated 13.12.2016 as well as by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 15795 of 2016 under order dated 16.05.2016.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015.
