2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with co-accused persons put Gamchha around the neck of informant and started pressing in order to kill him. It further alleged that petitioner also snatched golden chain of worth Rs. 1,50,000/-.
4. It is submitted by the counsel for petitioner that petitioner is a government teacher and his wife contested the election of Gram Panchayat and due to political rivalry
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64956 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Injury found on the person of injured is simple in nature.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate I, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 470 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
