After coming to know about sale of electrical goods in the brand name Havels, illegally raid was conducted. First of all godown/shop of Mahavir electronics was raided from where the articles as per seizure list have been recovered. Subsequently thereof, shop being named and style as New Sanjay Electronics was searched and during course thereof, altogether fifteen packets of electric wire of different figure have been seized. Petitioner is said to be owner of New Sanjay Electricals who was present there and accordingly was apprehended on account of which is under custody since 26.10.2016.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, petitioner Binod Kumar @ Vinod Kumar is directed to be released

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44 of 2017 (2) dt.12-01-2017 on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.504/2016.
