2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarbahda P.S. Case No. 19 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping informant's minor daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 04.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has

6. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that she eloped with the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case , this application for regular bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Gaya /concerned Court below in connection with Sarbahda P.S.
