JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking note of the allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as injuries sustained by injured person of this case, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S.Case No. 140 of 2013, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul stands rejected. However, it is made clear that this order shall not cause any prejudice to the concerned court at the time of consideration of regular bail of the petitioner.
