The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences under Sections 38 and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is contended that, as per allegation, 340 litres of country made liquor was recovered from a garden from where the petitioner and 10-12 other persons were seen fleeing away seeing the raiding police party. No.52326 of 2017(2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2017 (Special Case No. 1009 of 2017) with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
