The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 353, 354(B), 379, 384, 504, 506, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the informant being Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj Aitwarpur went to inspect the work of construction of Panchayat Bhawan along with her husband, all the accused persons including the petitioner surrounded them and started abusing and when the informant and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1399 of 2022(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/3 her husband made protest, all the accused persons including the petitioner started assaulting them. The accused persons also outrage the modesty of the informant and made extortion demand of rupees fifty thousands.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case because the petitioner has made a complaint before the District Magistrate and other authorities of the Government of Bihar with regard to misappropriation of public money by the informant being Mukhiya by using sub-standard materials in construction of Panchayat Bhawan. Moreover, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. There is no injury report on record. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Case No. 192 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
