For commanding the respondents to grant pension to the petitioner in light of the State Government J.P.Senani Samman Pension Yojana, 2009.
(ii). For commanding the Respondents to grant all consequential benefits to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the provision, contained in Clause 4(G & Gh) of the notification dated 15.7.20215, issued by the Home (Special)
Patna High Court CWJC No.14066 of 2023(4) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 Department, has not been considered by the Respondents, while considering his case for grant of J.P.Senani Samman Pension Yojana, 2009, hence, he be granted liberty to approach the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Principal Secretary, Department of Home, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
