JUSTICE P. B. BAJANTHRI) 24-04-2025 The appellant has assailed the order of the learned Single Judge dated 25.06.2015 passed in CWJC No. 9898 of 1994. Matter is relating to sub-section (2) of Section 29 of the Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Act 1961. Co-ordinate Bench in LPA No. 534 of 2022 proceeded to hold that in view of later development, present appeal do not survive for consideration.

2. Learned counsel for the Respondent-State

Patna High Court L.P.A No.387 of 2016(8) dt.24-04-2025 2/2 submitted that CWJC No. 10233 of 1995 decided on 11.07.2008 would assist the Respondent-State case to the extent that the present litigation do not survive for consideration.

3. Accordingly, the present LPA stands disposed of as it has become infructuous.
