JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 30-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 526 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code as well as 30 (a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. As per allegation, police got information that the petitioner and co-accused Ratnesh Pawan have stored illicit liquor in their houses. On raid 255 litres of liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused Ramjas Paswan and the petitioner Vikram Paswan.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71727 of 2021(2) dt.30-05-2022 2/2 the petitioner is under custody since 25.10.2021. He has also submitted that co-accused Ratnesh Paswan has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 30683 of 2021 by the coordinate Bench. The petitioner has criminal antecedents of some cases of similar nature. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J., II cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 526 of 2020. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
