The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For directing the respondent authorities, particularly the Circle Officer, Udwantnagar, District-Bhojpur, i.e. the respondent no. 6 to purchase the land of the petitioner for construction of houses under "Mahadalit Vikash Yojana Scheme" as in this connection all the required formalities have already been completed and the allotment has also been made available but on account of

Patna High Court CWJC No.2144 of 2017(3) dt.16-12-2024 2/2 high handed and arbitrary action of the respondents, particularly the Circle Officer, Udwantnagar, i.e. the respondent no.6, the land of other persons has been purchased, which is illegal, unwarranted and contrary to law.

(ii) This writ application is also for directing the respondents not to issue Parcha in favour of the unauthorized encroachers of the land of the petitioner as the petitioner has already filed Title Suit No. 935 of 2012 for removal of the encroachment and ejectment of the encroachers."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
