10-10-2018 Despite four weeks final time granted earlier to the petitioner to remove the defects but the same has not been done.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 in which it is stated that the petitioner has never made any representation before the answering opposite parties, the Managing Director, Bihar State Food and Civil Supply Corporation, Patna has passed the order as contained in Annexure-A to the show cause. Thus, the order of the learned writ court has already been complied with.

No one is appearing even on behalf of the

Patna High Court MJC No.4286 of 2016 (2) dt.10-10-2018 petitioner to press this application or to make any further prayer.

In these circumstances, this court thinks it just and proper to disposed it off in terms of the stand taken in the show cause and disposed off accordingly.
