2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 197/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act

3. About 35 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 26.07.2024 and he has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge of Excise, I, Aurangabad/concerned court in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 197/2024.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67059 of 2024(2) dt.25-09-2024 2/2 Hussainabad police station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
