Petitioner is in custody in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 for the offence under sections 30(a), 34, 35 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel submits that in the instant case total 50 liters of liquor has been seized.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57214 of 2019(2) dt.13-09-2019 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional District and Sessions Judge cum Special Judge Excise, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Tilauthu P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019.
